Responsibilities- Showroom Customer Service Representative II: provide a variety of customer support, including servicing walk-in customers, answering inquiries, providing samples, and completing sales transactions.
- Provides customer account management which may include, but is not limited to, order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check and transportation management.
- Key in orders, process faxes and prepare reports.
- Interface with internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
- Provide interior design advice and product expertise, facilitate tile and stone selection, and project development/support, ensuring completion of selection/sales for all customers. Where applicable, utilize Auto-CAD Project Management.
High School Diploma or GED equivalency required. 3+ years of call center or customer service experience. Focus on customer account management preferred. Prior textile industry knowledge is preferred.
CompetenciesExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization. Professional voice quality and conversational communication. Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and processing standards. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Interpersonal relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Word and Excel. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. The employee may walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and may sit, climb, balance, talk, or hear. The associate must be able to lift up to 15-30 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs e boxes or other material longer than 36 inches or weighing more than 70 lbs require a team lift.
