CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
Douglas Water Conditioning is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join its team. We are a leader in the water treatment industry with over 50 years of experience specializing in water treatment systems, drinking water systems, bottled water, softener salt, etc., and we are affiliated with Costco. Douglas Water Conditioning has a loyal customer base and we are extremely successful at providing stable careers for our employees and problem free water for our customers.

- Service Manager
- All Managing Partners
- Managing customer database
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests
- Schedule product deliveries
- Schedule service calls
- Working the cash register for walk in customers
- Update delivery and service call tickets
- Enter billing into database
- Running route tickets
- Opening/Closing store
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Detail oriented
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Must know how to work a calculator and cash register
- Must have basic math (adding, subtraction, multiplication and division)
- Must be able to work rotating Saturdays
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Hourly (Non-Exempt)
- $24 per hour, DOE
