Attractions Attendant

In this role, you will be pivotal in providing an exceptional, safe, and engaging experience for our guests, ensuring all visitors have a memorable and fun stay at our resort.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the assigned attractions while ensuring guest safety.
• Greet and assist guests, providing detailed information about attractions operations and safety procedures.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with attraction guidelines and safety rules.
• Assist guests in and out of water rides and slides.
• Conduct daily safety checks on attractions and equipment to ensure they are in perfect working order.
• Maintain cleanliness around the attractions including the surrounding pool areas.
• Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and provide immediate resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to manage lines and wait times, ensuring a smooth flow.
• Participate in emergency response and first aid scenarios as needed.
