JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses:
Active MI medical license required at time of presentation

• Board:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Hospital Medicine or related specialty

• DEA:
Active DEA required for state of practice

Experience:

Ability to manage inpatient pediatric and adult patients in the same setting

Board certification and state license must be in hand at time of submission; CSR required if applicable per state regulations

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide inpatient pediatric hospitalist coverage

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage admitted pediatric patients

• Provide care for adult patients when required within the same clinical setting

• Collaborate with NPPAs and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Cerner EMR
