Grand Traverse Bay YMCA seeks an enthusiastic Lead Teacher for infant or toddler classrooms. You will supervise daily activities, ensure a safe learning environment, and guide staff in implementing the curriculum in line with state regulations and YMCA policies.
The position requires at least 19 years of age, a high school diploma, 1 year of experience, and multiple Mi Registry trainings including infant/toddler development. CPR/First Aid and strong communication are essential.
