The Electrical Coordinator position has full to partial responsibility for hospital electrical system compliance and operation. This position also coordinates day-to-day tasks of the employed electricians, pulls electrical permits, and works with other departments to ensure the integrity of the fire alarm, security and electrical systems of the hospital.

• Associate’s degree in construction technology with an emphasis on project planning, short-duration scheduling, estimating, and 4 years experience as an electrical trade’s superintendent coordinating with all aspects of building and remodeling projects.

OR

• High school or GED and 8 years experience in electrical trades journeyman or foreman and four years experience as an electrical trade’s superintendent coordinating all aspects of building and remodeling projects.

• State of Michigan Trade Licensure

Valid Driver’s License

First Aid & CPR Certification – or must obtain within six months
