Environmental​/Geological Engineer

Global Remediation Technologies, Inc. (GRT) is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Environmental- or Geological
- Engineer to lead and manage key elements of remediation focused projects. This position requires excellent engineering and writing skills, creativity and attention to detail along with working knowledge of environmental compliance regulations. GRT’s team of professionals helps manage a diverse, challenging portfolio of contaminated sites within the State of Michigan and we are looking for a new team-member to join us!

• Remedial investigation planning and data evaluation
• Risk assessment and feasibility study preparation
• Viable remedial technology application selection
• Life cycle engineering cost evaluations
• Systems engineering design, and construction specifications
• Performance monitoring plan development and management

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geological Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• PE license (or on track to obtain licensing) preferred.

• 5+ years’ experience in environmental professional field
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in engineering principles for remediation system design
• Working knowledge of applicable environmental compliance regulations
• Critical thinking to develop innovative solutions
• Ability to lead and manage environmental engineering projects from planning through execution
• Implementation of environmental data visualization tools and engineering principles

$85,000 - $110,000 (negotiable, based on experience)
