Project Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate gas and electric service projects for residential and commercial customers
• Manage project lifecycle including scoping, scheduling, permitting, cost estimates, and field coordination
• Serve as the main point of contact between customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Track project milestones and prioritize multiple active projects simultaneously
• Support distribution design and work order preparation
• Coordinate field activities and conduct on-site customer meetings as needed
• Use systems such as SAP, CAD, Microsoft Office, and other project tracking tools
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and aligned with customer expectations

• Associate degree in a technical/scientific field OR equivalent college coursework toward a Bachelor’s degree
• Prior project coordination or project management experience required
• Experience in construction, utilities, manufacturing, pipeline, telecom/cable, or infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SAP, CAD, Microsoft Office, or similar systems preferred
• Valid driver’s license required; local field travel/site visits required
