Job Role s And Responsibilities

  • Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
  • Perform Baseline Environmental Assessments (BEAs).
  • Support remedial investigations and environmental site investigations.
  • Design and implement remediation and vapor mitigation systems.
  • Conduct groundwater, soil, and vapor intrusion assessments.
  • Provide environmental due diligence for redevelopment projects.
  • Support spill prevention and response planning.
  • Assist with air permitting and environmental compliance programs.
  • Work on brownfield redevelopment projects and site restoration efforts.
  • Support asbestos and lead-based material assessments (if applicable).
  • Prepare technical reports and regulatory documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
  • Conduct fieldwork, sampling, and site inspections as required.
Qualifications And Certifications
  • Minimum 5 years of environmental consulting or engineering experience.
  • Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Experience with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments required.
  • Experience in groundwater and soil contamination assessment.
  • Knowledge of remediation technologies and vapor intrusion mitigation.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and environmental permitting preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or other certifications preferred but not required.
  • Experience in brownfield redevelopment is preferred.
  • Experience with asbestos, lead, or hazardous materials consulting is a plus.
  • Strong technical writing and reporting skills.
  • Ability to conduct field investigations and site work.
