Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
- Analyze manufacturing processes and data to identify areas for waste reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing layouts, workflows, and equipment to enhance productivity.
- Develop and deliver training programs on Lean principles and tools to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and best practice implementation.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Black Belt certification
- Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, Flex Sim)
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment
