Primary Responsibilities and

Essential Functions:
  • Perform monthly analysis and reporting of key information for circulation to senior management.
  • Work directly with client facilities in conjunction with SCP operations teams to produce solutions for client needs that maintain a positive ROI for our company.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage workload and produce results independently and without excessive supervision.
  • Support the financial planning and budgeting process.
  • Perform or assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned, including but not limited to development and monitoring of revenue and expenses, metrics for performance (KPI), presentations for senior management meetings, and projects assigned by the Director of Operational Finance.
  • Compile, evaluate, and transform information from various systems and databases for use in financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver on multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, and be effective and decisive under pressure.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the ability to identify, analyze, interpret, and deliver sound solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional operators and be a key resource to them for revenue and cost‑related operations questions.
  • Carefully consider the manner in which work is presented and include summarized analysis, data, and visual presentation appropriate for each situation.
  • Ensure all work is traceable, explainable, and can be easily replicated for various scenario changes.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including but not limited to IT, Accounting, Revenue Cycle Services, and Operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Analytical Software Suite, Billing Systems.
  • Prior exposure to VBA, JavaScript, Micro Strategy, Oracle BI, Tableau, SASS, R, STATA, HOST Analytics, Workday, Kronos is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relational and multi‑dimensional databases.
  • Ability to write SQL and MDX queries.
  • Data analysis skills, including cleaning and analysis.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work in high‑stress, time‑sensitive environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking capability in fast‑paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive presentation skills.
Special Training and Capabilities:
  • Strong analytical skills, data presentation, technical capabilities, and metric management.
  • Ability to execute analyses and recommend outcomes based on data interpretation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influence skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of mental awareness and professional conduct via phone, email, business letters.
Education (Required and/or Preferred):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Data/Computer Science, or Statistics (required).
  • CPA designation or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related fields (preferred).
Work Experience /

Qualifications:
  • Five or more years of financial analysis or reporting experience.
  • Healthcare finance experience is a plus.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.

  • Continuous computer use.
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 10 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits:

Primary location:
Lafayette, LA; additional location:
Traverse City, MI.

Pay Range: $56,614.00 – $93,663.00 USD annually (anticipated base salary; actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity).
