Chase - 995 West South Airport Road - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check clients into the waiting queue and schedule/cancel meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including using technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build relationships with clients, listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and share product knowledge to help achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices like cash vaults or ATMs while adhering to bank policies
