We seek a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our growing rehabilitation team. In this collaborative environment you will work closely with occupational therapists to enhance patient independence, confidence, and quality of life.

• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), self‑care skills, upper‑extremity function, balance, coordination, and mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, PTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians.
• Encourage patients to reach their highest level of independence and function.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Michigan Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Post‑Acute Care, Rehabilitation, Long‑Term Care, Home Health, or Outpatient Therapy is a plus but not required.
