We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong .NET and React experience to develop and maintain custom solutions within a SharePoint environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), .NET Development, React, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

• Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, JavaScript/Type Script, React, and C# .NET programming languages.
• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into sprint plans and release schedules.
• Ensure alignment of custom applications with enterprise architecture standards and principles.
• Estimate customization efforts and apply SharePoint and Azure architecture patterns.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and third‑party APIs.
• Customize SharePoint branding and user interfaces.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user‑centric solutions.
• Ensure the security and integrity of SharePoint data and applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint applications using client‑side and server‑side technologies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest SharePoint features, updates, and best practices.
• Present solutions to clients and stakeholders with consulting aptitude.

• 5+ years of experience in .NET and React development.
• 2+ years of experience in SharePoint Online/M365 technologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Experience with client‑side technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, and Power Shell (CSOM/PnP).
• Familiarity with server‑side technologies such as Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and webhook services.
• Knowledge of building Git Hub actions for continuous integration and deployment.
• Adept at version control and pull request processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
