PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) North is a dynamic and growing program dedicated to helping individuals 55 and older who need nursing-level care stay in their homes and communities. Since 2019, we’ve been providing compassionate care to seniors across a 7-county region, and we’re expanding rapidly because our model is making a real difference in people’s lives

As a Driver with PACE North, you’re more than just behind the wheel—you’re a key part of our participants’ day.

• Transport seniors safely to and from the day center, appointments, and outings
• Help participants on and off the vehicle with care and respect
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready to go
• Be a friendly, positive presence—often the first and last face they see each day
• Take part in fun outings (shopping trips, museums, even fishing!)

• Friendly, dependable, and enjoys working with people—especially seniors
• Positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
• Valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License with a clean driving record
• 6+ months experience with older adults or a willingness to learn
