Our Service Department team knows that what they do is a lot bigger than servicing customers' vehicles. This team is a strategic partner within the bustling Service Team at Serra Traverse City, collaborating and inspecting vehicles to ensure the safety of our customers' vehicles.

As an Express Technician, you will work closely with the Service Team to change oil and filters, rotate tires, flush coolant systems and much more in a fast‑paced environment. This is an entry level position with growth potential to earn automotive certifications.

• EDUCATION and/or
  
  EXPERIENCE:
  
  No experience necessary.
• Ability to maintain strong trusting relationships with technicians and customers.
• You will receive additional training and coaching by Serra employees.
• Effective communication skills.
• Computer skills are a plus.
• Attention to detail is a plus.
