Job Description

Wanna turn flavor into a future? As a Food Production Associate, you're the missing link between raw ingredients and hungry customers, taking ownership of the entire process from mixing specs to operating machinery and prepping the final product for shipping.

We are looking for dependable, high-energy go-getters who thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring great communication skills to the team, and are ready for a dynamic, active workday that includes twisting, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

To ensure compliance with strict food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), all personnel are required to adhere to the following safety and hygiene standards:

• Jewelry & Piercings:
  Absolutely no exposed jewelry or piercings are permitted in the production area. This includes rings (other than a single, plain wedding band, which must be covered by gloves), watches, bracelets, necklaces, and all visible body/facial piercings.
• Upper Body:
  Shirts must be clean, have sleeves (no sleeveless garments), and be free of tears, holes, or fraying.
• Lower Body:
  Pants must be clean and free of tears, holes, or excessive wear.
• Content:
  Clothing may not display any profane, suggestive, offensive, or inappropriate text or images.
• Required PPE:
  Steel-toe boots and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be issued by the company.
