General Laborer

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting assembly, manufacturing, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer / Production and Assembly roles available

Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay Range: Assembly roles are $18-20/hr and Production roles are $19-21/hr pay is based on specific role, shift, and experience.

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift options, overtime may be available as well.

What's the Job?

• Support production and assembly operations by building products and handling materials
• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment following established procedures
• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor roles preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, or technical documents
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
