Job Description:
Looking for a stable, hands-on job with a consistent schedule and long weekends? At ESAB, we’re hiring Machine Operators / Wire Spoolers to join our team in Traverse City. - $19/hour + $1.50 shift premium
- 4-Day Work Week (Monday–Thursday) Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
- Paid Training – No experience required

- Hands-on work—stay active, not behind a desk
- Load, thread, and manage wire spools (with equipment and safety procedures)
- Package finished product and move materials using a fork truck
- Track production and inventory using a computer system
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work closely with your team to meet daily goals
- Predictable schedule—no rotating shifts
- Long weekends for family, outdoor activities, or a second job
