Shop Foreman - Traverse Area

Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

• Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair activities.
• Manage inventory of materials and tools, ordering as needed.
• Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise and mentor a team.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
