We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care and support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality healthcare and the ability to work independently in a home setting.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient health status.
• Administer medication and provide wound care, IV therapy, and other medical treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records following legal and ethical standards.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to patients' homes within the service area.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health record documentation.
