- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
- One year of RN experience and clinical competence in delivering patient care.
- Current driver’s license and ability to travel ~20% of the day to patient locations.

- Successful completion of a drug screen; background check includes medical and recreational marijuana.
