We're hiring nurses who got into this to help people actually get well and who are worn down by a system that manages symptoms, sends patients home, and waits for them to come back. A Precision Wellness Nurse is the clinical hands of Bio Fuse. We see the whole person as one connected ecosystem and work through our Precision Care Model and 4-Step Proven Process to help patients optimize, not chase one symptom at a time.

Your job is to bring that model to life at the chair: administering provider-authorized protocols (IV and IM/SubQ therapy, NAD+, peptides, hormone optimization, ketamine therapy, and more), educating patients, and delivering an exceptional experience every visit. The provider sets the plan; you carry it out, safely and expertly, within standing orders.

• Pay: $36-$38/hour starting wage (based on experience).
