Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab

The Cardiac Cath Lab RN will provide nursing care in a high-volume, high-quality cardiac environment, performing emergent and elective procedures including structural heart, electrophysiology, and peripheral interventions.

• 6 cath labs handling emergent and elective cardiac procedures.
• 24‑bed recovery area for patient prep and post‑procedural care.
• High volume: ~180 STEMI cases and ~1,200 PCIs annually.
• Approximately 90% of cath procedures performed via radial access.
• Continuous adoption of new techniques and technology to deliver the best quality of care.

• Care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures, including TEE, cardioversion, and loop recorder implantations.
• Assist with patient prep and recovery in the 24‑bed recovery area.
• Collaborate with the critical‑care team and registered cardiovascular specialists (RCIS/RCES).
• Support a high‑functioning, efficient critical‑care unit for cardiac patients.

• Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan.
• At least one year of critical‑care experience or prior cardiac cath lab experience.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications.
