Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – PRN

Part‑time, PRN, variable shift. Locations:
Cadillac Urgent Care and Foster Family Community Health Center Urgent Care.

• Provide urgent‑care services at Cadillac Urgent Care: shifts 9 am–7 pm, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
• Manage on‑site x‑ray and point‑of‑care testing; no phlebotomy on site.
• Provide care at Foster Family Community Health Center Urgent Care: open 7 days a week, 8 am–8 pm, including weekends and holidays.
• Perform on‑site x‑ray, phlebotomy, and point‑of‑care testing; work 12‑hour shifts with 2–3 providers onsite.
• Work collaboratively with a team of experienced clinicians and support staff to deliver high‑quality patient care.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Prior experience in an emergency or urgent‑care setting is desirable.
• State of Michigan Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license required.
• Proficiency with Oracle Health EHR system.
