• Clinical Leadership & Nursing Practice Excellence: Provide leadership in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered outcomes aligned with professional standards and Munson Healthcare values.

• Quality, Safety & Outcomes Management: Lead continuous quality improvement efforts, promote a culture of safety, evaluate nursing care effectiveness, and use evidence‑based practice, data, and nursing‑sensitive indicators to improve patient outcomes.

  Direct patient care delivery, integrate policies, regulations, and clinical guidelines, and foster strong interdisciplinary collaboration to support coordinated, efficient care across populations served.

What’s Required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Stateof Michigan.
• BSN is required, MSN or MBA in a health-related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5years of experience in an ambulatory/acute care setting.
• Demonstrated administrative and supervisory ability.

• Progressively increasing leadership responsibility including managerial/supervisory experience
• Cardiology clinical experience highly preferred

Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
