LPN - Skilled Nursing & LTC

This role is a 13-week travel contract for a Charge Nurse (LPN) in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. The position requires a valid LPN license, at least one year of charge nurse experience, and the ability to work rotating weekends. • Provide compassionate and efficient patient care following established nursing protocols and facility standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, treatments, and interventions in electronic health records

• Supervise and support CNA staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards

• Execute timely assessments, administer medications, and ensure safety compliance during all shifts

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• CPR certification

• At least 1 year of charge nurse experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting

• Ability to work rotating weekends

• Flexible scheduling

• Excellent communication abilities

• First Aid certification

• ACLS certification

You hold a valid LPN license with charge experience. You can lead CNA staff and manage rotating weekends. You possess CPR certification and strong interdisciplinary communication skills
