Restaurant Server

Join the team at Park Place Hotel as a Restaurant Server in beautiful Traverse City, MI. In this role, you will provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service in a fast‑paced environment. You will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the high standards of our hotel’s dining facilities.

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and answer questions about menu items and specials.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns or special requests professionally and promptly.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.

• Previous experience in a restaurant serving role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
