Purpose and function of job:

The Suite Runner works under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Supervisor and Food and Beverage Manager. The runner assists with various organizational and cleaning duties providing prompt, excellent food and beverage service to customers and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. The Suite Runner performs all job tasks in compliance with the philosophy, policies, goals, and budget of Traverse City Baseball, Inc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be available and visible always when customers are present helping guests any way that you can.

• Must have knowledge of suite level menu items and knowledge of all ballpark food & beverage products.

• Responsible to stock popcorn, cotton candy, beverages and any other items as instructed to set par levels.
• Assists servers with collecting order items from the closest concourse concession carts and Suite Kitchen.
• Communicate with the Expeditor and other suite staff members to make sure all suite holders are receiving excellent service.
• Deliver items from the Suite Kitchen as directed by the Expediter.
• Transport food and beverages items with appropriate delivery cart.
• Assist with handing out the food to the Suite guests as necessary.
• Assist kitchen staff and servers with any closing duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, or washing dishes.

• Organize the kitchen and storage rooms, keeping it clean.
• Complete any projects designated by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work non-traditional hours and remain flexible. Holidays and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand up for 3+ hours at a time.

• Ability to effectively present and respond to information and questions from management and coaching staff.
• Professionalism, judgment and maturity in handling confidential matters.

• Must be at least 16 years of age and have reliable transportation.
