Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr position summary:
We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions as needed
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Assist members with shopping decisions, completing purchases, and processing payments according to policy
• Utilize cash registers and assist with transactions; organize merchandise and designated areas
• Ensure carts/flatbeds are available and assist with transporting items
• Respect safety and cleanliness standards and report unsafe conditions

• Fill club pickup orders by notifying members of delays or unavailability; offer alternatives when needed
• Provide member service and address questions; promote company products and services
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety checks and handling merchandise per policy
• Support overall customer experience and resolve member issues
• Comply with company policies and ethics standards

• The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location.
• Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
