Sherwin-Williams is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to support customers in our manufacturing-focused retail location. In this role, you'll greet and assist professional and DIY customers, recommend paints, coatings and supplies, and accurately process transactions. You'll mix and tint paint, maintain stocked and organized shelves, and respond to phone and in-person inquiries. Working in a collaborative, safety-focused environment, you'll receive training on our industry-leading products and have opportunities to grow your skills and advance within Sherwin-Williams.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to retail and professional customers in a Sherwin-Williams store
  • Assist customers in selecting paints, coatings, and related products based on project needs
  • Accurately process sales, returns, and special orders using point-of-sale systems
  • Maintain stocked, organized, and visually appealing shelves and tinting areas
  • Mix and tint paint to exact specifications following safety and quality procedures
  • Handle customer phone inquiries, quotes, and order follow-up promptly
  • Collaborate with store team to meet service, safety, and performance goals
  • Learn product lines and applications to provide accurate technical information
  • Follow all safety protocols for handling, storing, and disposing of materials
  • Support opening/closing tasks, inventory counts, and basic store housekeeping
