Retail Merchandise Associate

Home Goods, a leader in the manufacturing and retail of quality home goods, is seeking an Early Morning Retail Merchandise Associate. In this role, you will support store readiness by unloading, stocking, and organizing merchandise before opening. Responsibilities include setting and maintaining product displays, ticketing and pricing items, and ensuring sales floors and backrooms are clean and safe. You will also assist customers with locating products and provide friendly service.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable with physical tasks, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and stock incoming merchandise on sales floor and storage areas
• Organize, straighten, and replenish product displays to company standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and backroom
• Assist customers with locating items and answering basic product questions
• Support pricing, tagging, and markdown processes
• Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention awareness
• Follow safety and handling procedures for merchandise and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet merchandising timelines
