Meat Cutter - 14th

We are willing to train the right candidate. This position will generally work Dayshift hours. This position also offers signing and retention bonuses - $200 after 90 days and $300 after 180 days.

Meat Cutters will be assisting in the total operation of the meat department. This will include cutting meat, stocking, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Cutting meats to Tom’s high-quality standards while following all safety guidelines
• Ensure the meat department and displays are fresh and full.
• Maintain a clean, organized meat department
• Stay familiar with weekly ads, product locations, and promotions
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and cash-handling rules
• Support overall store operations as assigned

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Safely use saws, knives, and grinders.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional attitude
