Sales, Outside Sales, Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods by going door-to-door to engage homeowners in Traverse City
• Offer free roof and siding inspections to identify storm or weather-related damage
• Educate homeowners on the inspection process and potential insurance-covered repairs
• Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process
  , from inspection to approval
• Schedule inspections and follow up with homeowners throughout the sales process
• Accurately document customer information and inspection results
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and trustworthy presence as a representative of Mills Siding & Roofing
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face customer interactions
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and smartphone required
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training)
