• Some Higher Education Expected, Degree Preferred

• Compensation (Our Company Averages Based upon Commission)
• 1st year $55,000
• 2nd year $85,000
• 3rd year $110,000
• Average Manager Compensation
• Partners $200,000
• Executive Officers $400,000
