Requirements

  • Some Higher Education Expected, Degree Preferred
Responsibilities
  • Learn the Inside Sales Process including Scripts, Presentations, Products, and Regulations
  • Learn how to make sale on company provided leads (No Friends & Family, Door-to-Door Sales, or Going to Client’s Homes).
  • Help our clients select the best financial product for their situation
  • Learn valuable leadership skills
  • Learn how to develop a successful sales team
Compensation
  • Training - You Get Paid While You Learn!
  • Weekly Compensation $500/Week To Start
  • Compensation (Our Company Averages Based upon Commission)
  • 1st year $55,000
  • 2nd year $85,000
  • 3rd year $110,000
  • Average Manager Compensation
  • Partners $200,000
  • Executive Officers $400,000
