Uncapped Commission Framework

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000.00 – $+ per year

Guaranteed Onboarding Pay: $800.00/week Paid Training Salary (First 8 Weeks)

Northshore Exteriors is growing fast—we’ve grown 5x in the last four years—and we have more leads than we can handle. We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to manage inbound inquiries, close deals, and eventually step into a Sales Leadership role.

This is not a "churn and burn" sales gig. We offer a full benefits package (rare for commission roles), a company vehicle, paid training, and a clear path to management. If you have "one-call close" experience and want to sell for a company that treats you like a partner, we want to talk.

• The Closer:
  Run appointments with homeowners and commercial clients who need roofing/exterior solutions.
• The Consultant:
  Diagnose their issues, present professional proposals, and guide them to a decision (One-call closing ability is key).
• The Process:
  Manage the deal from signature to production handoff. You ensure the details are correct so our crews can do the work right.
• The Metrics:
  Track your pipeline in our CRM and report on your wins.

• 5+ Years Sales
  
  Experience:
  
  Preferably in roofing, construction, or in-home sales.
• Closing Ability:
  You know how to ask for the sale and handle objections professionally.
• Ambition:
  You are self-motivated and organized. You don t need a babysitter; you need a platform to perform.
• Tech Savvy:
  Comfortable creating estimates and using CRM software.
