Wholesale Parts Driver

Join our team at Fox Grand Traverse in Traverse City, MI! We are looking for a proactive and energetic Wholesale Parts Driver & Account Representative who wants to hit the road and play a key role in growing our wholesale business. In this role, you won't just deliver parts-you'll serve as the face of our dealership across Northern Michigan, building real relationships with body shops, repair facilities, and service centers.

What You'll Do

• Deliver & Pickup: Safely deliver auto parts and equipment to wholesale accounts, satellite stores, and body shops on schedule.

• Grow Business: Stop at potential repair facilities and body shops throughout Northern Michigan to introduce our wholesale offerings, share promotions, and open new accounts.

• Maintain Relationships: Act as a trusted point of contact for current clients, ensuring their parts orders are accurate and delivered on time.

• Coordinate Daily: Partner with the Parts Manager, wholesale reps, and shipping/receiving to organize route priorities and last-minute requests.

• Accountability: Maintain logs, collect payment signatures, and assist with inventory loading/unloading as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• Sales-Oriented Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage potential clients and build long-term relationships.

• Organization & Detail: Ability to double-check invoices against purchase orders and navigate efficient routes across Northern Michigan.

• Team Player: Willingness to assist in the warehouse, pull customer orders, or help with stocking when in-house.
