Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate. Pay: $18.50 per hour. Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred, with flexible Friday options available based on location needs.

Location:

Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs.
• Build rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.
• Engage customers to create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report competitive insights.

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courteously welcome customers, offer assistance, and direct them to displays.
• Assess needs, suggest suitable products, and provide product information.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork in a complete and accurate manner.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm.
• Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
• Capability to navigate a selling process that overcomes objections.
• Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• 1‑year job experience required.
