• Perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs on furnaces, boilers, and air conditioning systems
• Troubleshoot systems efficiently and communicate findings clearly to homeowners
• Recommend maintenance plans and upgrades when appropriate
• Train or mentor apprentice techs and provide feedback on service quality
• Uphold the company’s high ethical and customer satisfaction standards

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Experience With Gas Furnaces And Boilers Preferred
• Strong customer communication skills and ethical mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA Universal certification (or ability to earn within 3 months)
• NATE certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
• Familiarity with Service Titan or other dispatch/service software

Base Salary $75,000 – $100,000+ (depending on experience). Bonus & commissions based on performance and sales.

Schedule 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with flexible options for family needs. On-Call Light rotation (~every 9–12 weeks).
