Ace Handyman Services is one of the top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies in Traverse City. We provide high‑quality craftsmanship to both residential and commercial customers. We are seeking an experienced Lead Craftsman with strong multi‑trade skills and the ability to oversee a small crew.

The Lead Craftsman is responsible for completing a wide variety of repairs, managing small projects, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong problem‑solving skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.

• Perform high‑quality handyman and home repair work
• Lead and support a small crew when needed
• Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and management
• Complete tasks such as:
• Carpentry
• Drywall repairli>
• Painting
• Tile installation
• Basic plumbing and electrical work
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions

• 5+ years of Master Craftsman‑level or equivalent multi‑trade experience
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, and general home repair
• Essential tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Ability to independently manage tasks and follow company procedures

• Broad multi‑trade experience
• Problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills
