We are seeking an experienced Lead Craftsman with strong multi‑trade skills and the ability to oversee a small crew.

Position Summary


The Lead Craftsman is responsible for completing a wide variety of repairs, managing small projects, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality handyman and home repair work
• Lead and support a small crew when needed
• Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and management
• Complete tasks such as:
  • Carpentry
  • Drywall repair
  • Painting
  • Tile installation
  • Basic plumbing and electrical work
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Master Craftsman‑level or equivalent multi‑trade experience
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, and general home repair
• Essential tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Ability to independently manage tasks and follow company procedures
