Installation Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Specialist located in Traverse City, MI. The Installation Specialist will be responsible for the efficient installation and application of custom signs, vinyl graphics, and other branding materials. Key tasks include preparing materials, ensuring accurate placement, adhering to design specifications, and maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, the Installation Specialist will work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and provide excellent service to clients.

• Proficiency in handling tools and equipment related to signage and vinyl graphic installation
• Experience in interpreting design layouts and specifications
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for projects
• Physical ability to handle installation tasks, including lifting and climbing ladders
• Prior experience in signage or graphic installation is a plus
