Position Title: Exterior Repair Technician (Roofing & Siding)
Company Name: Northshore Exteriors LLC
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hr (based on experience) + Guaranteed Overtime + Bonuses
Sign On Bonus: $1,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Approx. 46 Hours/Week)
Location: Traverse City, MI
We are looking for a skilled Exterior Repair Technician with 5+ years of experience in roofing or siding. You should take pride in performing targeted repairs rather than full tear‑offs and help our company deliver high‑quality work for residential and commercial clients.

- Perform targeted repairs on roofing, siding, and exterior systems for residential and commercial clients
- Allocate roughly 5 hours per week to stage materials and review job packets
- Ensure each repair is watertight, aesthetically pleasing, and that the job site is left cleaner than before
- 5+ years of experience in roofing, siding, or general exterior construction
- Strong problem‑solving skills to diagnose and fix leaks or damaged siding
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with homeowners or property managers
- Reliability and punctuality for on‑site work
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- $25.00 – $30.00/hr (based on experience)
