We are seeking a skilled, multi-talented Craftsman to join our team. On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to scheduled residential and commercial jobs to complete a variety of small-to-mid-sized home improvement projects. You will assess repair needs, discuss solutions directly with customers, and perform the work efficiently and cleanly. You will also look out for our customers by identifying other potential safety or maintenance issues around their properties and offering to help address them.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekends or late nights.

A strong overall knowledge of multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall repair, basic plumbing, tile, and basic electrical work.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess an issue and resolve it promptly and professionally.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical repairs clearly to homeowners, property managers, and office staff.

A presentable, professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.

Your own set of basic tools, along with the knowledge of which tools are required for specific tasks.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Prior experience working in residential remodeling or professional home maintenance.

Experience in estimating jobs or discussing additional service options directly with customers.
