Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders promptly to minimize downtime;
Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting;
Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment, demonstrating technical expertise in HVAC and refrigeration systems;
Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for work order management and update work status in real time
