Position Type: Full Time

Salary: $65,000 per year

Work Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm, overtime as needed

• Install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards.
• Supervise other installers, ensuring high quality and timely job completion.
• Operate company vehicle responsibly and follow supervisor instructions.
• Report any issues with installations, tools, or vehicles.
• Work independently from start to finish, maintaining professionalism.
• Provide customer service and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and subcontractors.
• Train apprentices, prepare for and maintain NATE certification.

• Level1 and Level2 HVAC qualifications.
• Level3 tools and a universal refrigeration license.
• Valid EPA certification for Levels1 and
  2.
• Proficiency in installing round and rectangular ducts and measuring ductwork.
• Experience with mini‑split units and low‑voltage connections.
• Basic knowledge of complex sheet metal fittings.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to complete paperwork and change orders.
• Experience testing line sets and setting pressures during start‑ups.
