Field Service Technician

Procter & Gamble seeks an entry-level Field Service Technician to support manufacturing operations by installing, maintaining, and repairing production and packaging equipment. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair production and packaging equipment in manufacturing environments.
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues using tools and diagnostic methods.
• Follow strict safety procedures and P&G standards, including LOTO and PPE usage.
• Document work performed, parts used, and time in maintenance systems accurately.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule service with minimal impact on operations.
• Support equipment startups, upgrades, and line changeovers as needed.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and peers on equipment status and repair plans.
