Maintenance Technician

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep our family indoor water park resort operating safely, reliably, and in top condition. In this on-site role, you'll perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, attractions, and back-of-house systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues; responding quickly to guest-impacting repairs; and completing work orders and inspections accurately.

You'll work closely with operations teams, follow strict safety and OSHA guidelines, and help create a safe, fun environment for every visiting family.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on resort facilities, guest rooms, attractions, and back-of-house systems
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues to ensure safe, reliable operations
• Complete work orders, inspections, and logging in a timely, accurate manner following brand standards and safety protocols
• Respond quickly to guest-impacting maintenance needs to minimize downtime and protect the guest experience
• Support larger repair projects and vendor work; assist with building systems checks and seasonal shutdown/startup
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines, maintain tools, and keep mechanical areas clean and organized
• Collaborate with housekeeping, attractions, and operations to prioritize repairs and support special events or peak periods
