So get ready for Paradise and you can work too! We do high end custom homes! We are looking for a Construction Foreman to lead a crew, plan and oversee the building process of our custom homes from start to finish.

• Collaborate with engineers and architects especially during the framing stages of the project.
• Must be very comfortable reading blueprints and know how to frame a house efficiently.
• Work with subcontractors and vendors and delegate their responsibilities.
• Must be willing to strive to do perfect finish detail work.
• Report project progress to client and front office.
• Must be a leader who is patient and willing to teach the trade.
• Must be a forward thinker, providing quality work and be able to see and resolve issues.

• Minimum 10 years building experience in the field.
