$17 – $22 per hour.
PurposeThe Warehouse Associate has a hand in all warehouse department activities in their specific location/office. They will be assisting in receiving, storage and delivery of materials and equipment so materials arrive at the correct destination on time. They will investigate new tools and materials in order to increase productivity, savings and quality of finished product. They work with Foremen, Superintendents and the Warehouse Manager to maintain efficient daily operations, as pushed by the manager.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations- Assists in warehouse operations and represents the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Works as part of a team in support of mutual goals and objectives. Interacts positively and productively with other staff.
- Helps keep warehouse clean and monitors/maintains facility.
- Works independently to prioritize job duties and work under pressure, which involves changing responsibilities/work load and maintaining flexibility.
- Assists manager with their work direction as a team.
- Participates in cost management operations that are outlined by the Warehouse Manager
- Receives and oversees accurate inventory.
- Properly labels and stores all materials that are received for jobsites.
- Ensures accuracy of purchase orders and verifies and records incoming material and that appropriate levels of material inventory are maintained. Assures proper identification, quantity and location for materials.
- Assisting in monitoring and maintaining tools, equipment and company fleet (i.e. trucks, trailers, forklifts, generators, welders, etc.). Tracks and transfers tools to and from jobs using defined procedures/ programs so that tools can be tracked to prevent loss from theft and maintain an accurate inventory of tools.
- Retrieving unused materials from jobsites to return back into the warehouse stock.
- Deliveries as needed while juggling multiple other priorities, which can change on a daily basis.
- Operates forklift and other equipment to move materials in and around the work spaces, and also to and from the warehouse.
- Adheres to safety program and monitors practices to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- Proper use of PPE will be required in the warehouse and off‑site.
- Ensures that all applicable safety measures are followed in area of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external customers, including employees with ability to provide work direction to other employees.

- Must be able to operate vehicles and equipment and be eligible for auto insurance on company policies.
- Must be able to safely use all tools and equipment applicable to job (e.g. tools, hi‑lo, ladders, etc.)
- Manages and operates tools, equipment and company fleet.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and climbing ladders.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation required to travel between job sites
